Grupotel Taurus Park, Playa de Palma (Mallorca)

The hotel was newly refurbished and very clean, with a fantastic pool and great dining options. The staff was friendly, but I had a less than pleasant experience with some rude personnel at reception. The atmosphere was lively, but it wasn't the best choice for families due to the behavior of other guests. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some high points and some drawbacks that could affect your stay.
